THIS TUTORIAL USES PHOTOSHOP CS2! Other versions of Photoshop may vary and other programs might not have similar tools. However I hope this tutorial can still help those who seek it.

Ok finally here's part two of my coloring tutorial :'D As suspected, it's going to be longer... so please bear with me.

Here I've covered my brush settings, Chiaroscuro basics, and starting into rendering.

Part three (coming soon) will wrap up the shading and hopefully break into highlighting and finishing up.

hm, i never messed with the brush settings that much, i'll have to do that.

It helps a lot :3 I don't like coloring flatly or cell shading... I like smooth and blended and until more recently I really didn't like seeing brush strokes in my work D< So messing with opacities and brush settings let me do more of the look I wanted without abusing the smudge or blur tools *nods*
